Before Boks in 2005, the kill rate was 56.9%.
Under Boks the first year in 2006, it climbed .1% to 57%.
If you add the 2% died in shelter rates for both years, the real kill rate was 59%.

I think it safe to say the real kill rate is 60% or better.
