One would think the former champion of TNR in Los Angeles would take a stand here, but it appears his hurt and desire for revenge against the LA animal community trumps his apparently phony desire to help feral cats everywhere.
I guess Boks' true colors are showing.
Boks definitely showing his true colors. He doesn't care about animals, just money. He'd rather stay home and get drunk then help animals. He's not working now, has nothing to do. If he ever wants to resurrect his image he should be out helping animals for free, like the rest of us. I don't wait for somebody to pay me to help a starving cat. I just help the cat.
ReplyDeleteHe went to the first Beverley Hills hearing just to try to make contacts, look for a job, kiss rescuers asses. He didn't ask to participate in the TNR committee. He didn't go to another hearing becasue there was no money in it for him
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine is a facebook friend of Boks. She posted on his wall "will you help the feral cats in Los Angeles? County health dept wants them killed. Please help." Boks deleted the post off his wall and never responded.
ReplyDeleteI don't think he has ever cared. One quote in an old article about him is very telling. He found a dog and returned it to his owner as a kid. When he got the money he said "wow, you can make money doing this?" That was his own quote.
