He signed papers stating he'd leave by July 6, after his public defender lawyer told him if he didn't, he'd go to jail for six months and be on probation for two years.
The cops and the railroad visited him on Friday telling him he had to leave.
He told them he refused. He is claiming squatter's rights on this property.
