Barnette Supports Pet Limit Increase

No surprise that I support increasing the pet limits and have asked for meetings with certain council members and attorneys. I understand that there may be a legal glitch to overcome that I need to find out about. Otherwise, in communities where pet limits have increased, shelter deaths have decreased and there has been no increase in hoarding or dog bites that I can find. On the surface it looks like more lives saved and more licensing revenue and both seem like the right answers.
