CORELAND TRAPPING FERALS AT JIMMY'S TENT

Coreland does not own the bridge on which Jimmy camped with his four cats. Jimmy took over feeding those cats from another caretaker that has been feeding them there for twelve years. They are all fixed. That bridge has been their entire life.


The property is listed as Federal, even though it is above the County Flood Control channel. Levitz had an easement to use the bridge, but the easement was abandoned in 1976 which means the bridge reverts ownership to the landowner, in this case, the feds or County.


There was no ownership transfer or new easement.


Supposedly Coreland is posting that they are trapping now.


They are trapping cats on public property not their own, yet they seem to think they can get away with it, because, as Tracy Thomas said, they had a deal with the prosecutor, Apraham Atteukenian.
