Former Chief Vet Rainey spoke and outlined how Boks

1) Put the veterinary license of the City (and Rainey) in jeopardy by trying to force Rainey to allow the fostering of animals with giardia and other contagious diseases. No license would mean the City could operate perform NO veterinary services at all. Imagine the budget busting that would go on if LAAS had to contract out all of its medical care.

2) Instituted the "directive" that Boks and former AGM Knaan, with their extensive medical expertise, could authorize the release of unneutered animals for adoption (vets were the only ones who could do this).

3)Told Rainey to dispense prescription meds to people adopting anmals. "We'll just do give them out cheap"-paraphrased.

He's even more stupid than I thought.

Rainey says its all in the emails between Boks and Rainey. Hmmm....I wonder if Boks was watching and deleted the emails immediately. Hopefully there is some safety mechanism in the city email system to prevent that.

Meeting was continued to another TBD date because there were so many speakers who had not been heard yet.Jeff de la Rosahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04889029614977747240noreply@blogger.com
