Once your appointment is confirmed, after filling out an application, they give you the location where the clinic will be held.
This prevents people from showing up with cats without an appointment.

Once your friend is accepted, he will be given a location address for the clinic, if capacity has not been filled.
Otherwise, he may receive vouchers or Fixnation possibilities.
