So precious.

the WV dog you posted was alerted on day 3 because she is sick. This way our NH partners know that she is there and can be adopted at the NH price (which right now is $0) on the day she is available (no waiting). It most definitely is not a death list. It is a list of animals that NEED help getting adopted and it is a way for us to let the NH partners know which animals to focus on saving. Whether they do or not is another story for another day.

By law, she has only 72 hours unless certain provisions of the Hayden Law (ie hold periods) were incorporated into local law.

So, while its admirable that WV is trying to give this girl a little more time, she is still in danger of being killed at any moment since the required hold period has passed.

Hi, I am the one who found this sweet abandoned girl. I have raised money to help her surgery/medical bills...she has mammory tumors. I am rescuing her tomorrow but need to find a foster for her asap. I will coordinate the surgery/vet visits. If anyone knows of anyone willing to foster her it'd be very much appreciated.
