No Answer From Pierce or Boks

.
On July 20 I submitted request for public records to Pierce and Boks regarding the Dancy case and investigation.

I have heard nothing from either party.

This is interesting. Why are they stonewalling.

I have Ed Boks complete mailing list containing numerous staff and all Council members. I also have a large list of Pierce faculty and staff.

If these two parties do not respond within a few more days, over 100 people are going to get emails about what looks like a cover up of campus/LAAS corruption.

Here is your answer Ed. "Turn on the news." High price of gas, Terrorism, war, elections, olympics....etc. Regarding farm animals. People are only concerned how they will taste. Smell the coffee Ed. Go volunteer for starving children. The smelly cats can fend for themselves....

My response is that we are investigating potential coverup, corruption and potential obstruction of justice.

This is a legal matter and the only way that we can "train" the clueless about "ethics." That is, potentially getting them fired, probation or going to jail.

It bdoesn't really matter what the general public considers priorities.

Anthough allegations of animal neglect are the primary motivation, prevention of further neglect and having Pierce College, South, Shapiro, and Rupert investigate (and you too) their own animal ethics, are secondary and equaly powerful motivations.

Someday you might understand this, but that time appears well off for you and them.

It would be interesting to see where the new Agriculture Department Dean, Carole Delgado and LAPC President, Robert Garber stand on all of this.

Multinational corporations drool over Pierce ag land. College would love to get rid of stupid cows and irrelevant students and sell that primo real estate for billions. Kill the cows = billions for a few developers, city insiders and of course LAPC admin.

I think they see that you've moved on to other issues. Several other issues actually, and they know that there is nothing to worry about because you will soon move on to something else and forget all about it.

I never move on totally. Look at Mason. A year later I am still on it.

I am waiting 20 days for a lack of response from the City and Pierce. In the meantime it helps to get new info. Send it please.
